Visit to the trade fair in Munich in 2016 and 2018 (07. 07. 2018)

IFAT is a trade fair for water, sewage, waste, and raw materials management that takes place every two years at the exhibition center in Munich. With over 3,300 exhibitors from 58 countries and more than 142,000 visitors from 162 countries, it is the largest trade fair for the environmental technology industry.

 

For Africa in particular, issues such as water, sewage, waste disposal and recycling are very topical. Reason enough for “africa aid project” to familiarize oneself with new technologies and to exchange ideas with manufacturers and service providers.

 

Worthwhile contacts with manufacturers of waste collection bins and garbage trucks in particular were established.
